Preparing a parcel for its next stage, whether that is a survey, fill, a foundation or simply a clearer view of what the land can become.
Many Cayman parcels carry dense bush, uneven rock or old fill, and each one starts differently. Clearing is usually the first physical step between owning land and building on it, so it is worth agreeing what should be removed, what should stay and what happens to the cleared material.
Some sites need approvals or checks before clearing begins, for example where planning conditions, protected habitat or shared boundaries are involved. Requirements depend on the individual parcel and should be confirmed with the relevant authorities; we will ask what you already know.
